QR Code Content Categories

This article explores the different QR code content categories available in QR Batch and how they can be utilized effectively.

  1. Create VCard QR Codes:

  • Go to QR Batch tool and Sign-up/Login
  • Click on 'Create Batch' and select the batch type (Image/Labels/Custom Image, Labels)

  • Choose the VCard QR Code from the given category
  • Upload the data file in CSV, XLS, or XLSX format or manually provide the data in the inline editor such as Name, email ID, phone number, etc and click on 'Next'
  • While uploading a CSV file, it is required to match the column names to populate the data correctly into the QR Code, click on 'Next'       

  • In the next step, proceed to Customize or Select any of the three designs available

  • A pop-up will appear prompting to enter the batch name, select image format, and enter the QR Code size. Enter the details, click 'Next'

  • The batch specifications and pricing and an option to download a preview. Click Proceed To Payment

After making the payment, click on See Batch Progress in My Batches. Also, download the batch once the status of the batch changes to ‘Completed’.

  1. Create Plain Text QR Codes:

  • Go to the QR Batch tool and Login/Sign-up
  • Click on 'Create Batch' and choose the batch type (Image/Label/Custom Images or Labels)
  • Choose the Plain Text QR Code from the given category
  • Upload the data file in CSV, XLS, or XLSX format or manually provide the data in the inline editor
  • After uploading the file choose the column names accordingly and click on Next

  • In the next step, proceed to Customize or Select any of the three Design options available

  • A pop-up will appear prompting, enter the Batch Name, select Export format, and enter the QR Code size. Once you enter the details, click on Next

  • The batch specifications and pricing and an option to download a preview. Click Proceed To Payment

After making the payment, click on See Batch Progress in My Batches. Also, download the batch once the status of the batch changes to ‘Completed’.

  1. Create Website URL QR Codes:

  • Go to the QR Batch tool and Login/Sign-up
  • Click on 'Create Batch' and choose the batch type (Image/Label/Custom Images or Labels)
  • Choose the Website URL QR Code from the given category
  • Upload the data file in CSV, XLS, or XLSX format or manually provide the data in the inline editor
  • After uploading the file choose the column names accordingly and click on Next

  • In the next step, proceed to Customize or Select any of the three designs available

  • A pop-up will appear prompting, enter the Batch Name, select Export format, and enter the QR Code size. Once you enter the details, click on Next

  • The batch specifications and pricing and an option to download a preview. Click Proceed To Payment

After making the payment, click on See Batch Progress in My Batches. Also, download the batch once the status of the batch changes to ‘Completed’.

  1. Create Serial Code QR Codes:

  • Go to the QR Batch tool and Login/Sign-up
  • Click on 'Create Batch' and choose the batch type (Image/Label/Custom Images or Labels)
  • Choose the Serial Code QR Code from the given category
  • Provide the  the required value in the Prefix, Start, Increment, and End boxes 

For example, to create a series of QR Codes with the serial codes—DEFG0005, DEFG0007,…., DEFG0097, DEFG0099:

i. Add ‘DEFG00’ in the Prefix, which is a fixed text or numeric value before the series

ii. Add ‘05’ in the Start field, which is the first value in the series

iii. Add ‘2’ in the Increment field, which is the fixed increase in the series

iv. Add ‘99’ in the End field, which is the last value in the series

Important Note: The number of digits in the End field should be equal to or greater than the digits in the Start field. Extra preceding 0's in the End field and corresponding 0's in the Start field will be removed automatically.

  • In the next step, proceed to Customize or Select any of the three designs available
  •  A pop-up will appear prompting, enter the Batch Name, select Export format, and enter the QR Code size. Once you enter the details, click on Next
  • The batch specifications and pricing and an option to download a preview. Click Proceed To Payment

After making the payment, click on See Batch Progress in My Batches. Also, download the batch once the status of the batch changes to ‘Completed’.

  1. Create Random Code QR Codes:

  • Go to the QR Batch tool and Login/Sign-up
  • Click on 'Create Batch' and choose the batch type (Image/Label/Custom Images or Labels)
  • Choose the Random QR Code from the given category
  • Provide the number of QR Codes needed in the given box and the number of characters needed in each code (input natural numbers), min. 6-max. 20
  • Now, Specify the character set like Upper Case, Lower Case, Numeric Case

  • In the next step, proceed to Customize or Select any of the three designs available

  • A pop-up will appear prompting, enter the Batch Name, select Export format, and enter the QR Code size. Once you enter the details, click on Next
  • The batch specifications and pricing and an option to download a preview. Click Proceed To Payment

After making the payment, click on See Batch Progress in My Batches. Also, download the batch once the status of the batch changes to ‘Completed’.
