This article provides detailed information on the pricing structure for QR Batch, including pay-as-you-go pricing, and credits. It is designed to help users understand how to optimize costs when creating QR Code batches.
Introduction
QR Batch offers flexible pricing options to cater to different user needs, allowing you to generate QR Codes through a pay-as-you-go model or using credits. Understanding these pricing options and how they apply to batch creation can help you make informed decisions to optimize costs and maximize value.
A. Pay-As-You-Go Pricing
- Pricing Model: QR Batch operates on a pay-as-you-go model. Users pay each time they create a batch of QR Codes
-
Price Calculation:
- The total price depends on the number of QR Codes and the export format chosen (QR Code images/labels, or Custom images/labels)
- The price per QR Code decreases as the batch size increases. For up to 10 QR Codes, the cost is fixed at USD 0.50 per QR Code
- Beyond 10 QR Codes, the price per QR Code gradually decreases. For example, creating 50 QR Codes costs USD 0.50 for the first 10, with a reduced rate for the remaining 40 QR Codes
- Price Calculator: Use the QR Batch Price Calculator to determine the exact price for your batch
B. Credits in QR Batch
- Credits as Currency: QR Code batches can also be generated using credits, which act as the system's internal currency, where 1 Credit = 1 QR Code of any batch type
- Purchasing Credits: Credits can be purchased in increments of 10 using debit or credit cards. Each credit allows for the generation of one QR Code
- Benefits of Using Credits: Credits offer a more favorable pricing structure compared to the pay-as-you-go model, providing cost savings per QR Code. For example, if there are need for generating 1,000 QR Code in 3 different batches, the credit option will be much more cost-effective
C. Editing Specifications Before Payment
- Editing Options: Static QR Codes once generated are valid forever, hence, before finalizing payment, users can edit QR Code specifications, including batch name, export type, image format, image size, and QR Code design
- How to Edit: On the preview page, click the Edit button next to the specification you wish to change. Adjust settings as needed before proceeding to payment
D. Exporting Batches in Different Formats
- Each batch can only be exported in the format specified at the time of creation (e.g., PNG, JPG, SVG, EPS, or DXF)
- To obtain the same batch in a different format, a new batch must be created, and a separate payment made
