Duplicate a Batch

Introduction

Duplicating a batch in QR Batch allows you to easily replicate the design and settings of an existing batch without having to start from scratch. This feature is especially beneficial for users who need to produce multiple batches with consistent design elements and export formats.

A. Locate the Batch to Duplicate

1. Go to the My Batches section
2. Identify the completed batch you want to duplicate
3. Click on the three dots in the Action column for the chosen batch
4. Select the Duplicate Batch button
5. Ensure the design and settings meet your requirements for the new batch

B. Duplicate the Batch

1. Add the fresh data either with the inline editor or uploading a CSV
2. Enter a new name for the duplicated batch to distinguish it from the original
3. Review the settings, design, and export format to ensure they match your needs

C. Modify and Finalize the Duplicated Batch

1. Modify the batch name, and data if required
2. Once all changes are made, click on Proceed to Payment

By following the above steps, a completed batch can be easily duplicated.
