This article guides on resuming an incomplete batch in the My Batches section of QR Batch. It is useful for users who need to continue work on batches that are not yet finalized.
Introduction
The ability to resume incomplete batches in QR Batch allows users to continue their work on QR Code projects that have not been completed due to pending adjustments or payments. This feature ensures that no progress is lost and enables users to manage and finalize batches efficiently.
A. Identify Incomplete Batches
- Navigate to the My Batches section
- Look for batches with a status of Payment Pending
- Click on the three dots in the Action column
- Click on Go To Batch
- Review batch information on the next page to confirm and make necessary adjustments or changes
B. Complete Batch
- Perform any necessary adjustments or changes to the QR Code design, data, or settings as required for the batch
- Ensure that all batch details are correct, including export formats and QR Code size
- Proceed to Payment
Note: Static QR Codes are non-editable, hence once the batch is completed the content linked to the QR Code will be hardcoded and cannot be modified.
