Introduction
The Custom Image Designer Tool in QR Batch allows the creation of Static QR Codes with customized images, text, and other elements. This feature is particularly useful for businesses and individuals looking to create QR Codes that align with branding or specific design preferences. By using this tool, the appearance of QR Codes can be enhanced to make them more visually appealing.
A. Login and Choose the Batch Type
- Go to the QR Batch tool and either signup or login
- Select the batch type QR Code Custom Images and Labels
B. Choose the QR Code Category and Upload Data
- Choose a category for the QR Code. Options include:
- Website URL
- Serial Code
- Random Code
- Plain Text
- VCard

Upload the data file in CSV, XLS, or XLSX format, or manually enter the data in the inline editor
- Review the data and auto/manually select columns as per the reference image

Click Next to continue
C. Customize QR Code Design
- Select a Design:
- 2 QR Code design options will be displayed. Choose one to Customize or Select
- Enter Batch Details:
- A pop-up will prompt the entry of the Batch name, selection of Export Type (choose Custom Images or Labels), entry of the QR Code size, and selection of the Export Format (PNG, JPG, PDF)
- Click Next after entering the details
D. Use the Custom Image Designer
- On the Custom Image Designer page, customize the QR Code using various design elements:
- Text: Add static custom text
- Image: Insert static custom images
- Background Color: Change the background color to suit design needs
- QR Code Value: Include variable QR Code content
- Once customization is complete, click Done to save the design
E. Complete the Order
- Check the batch specifications and pricing on the next page
- Click Proceed To Payment and complete the purchase using a credit card or account credits
- After payment, See Batch Progress to track the status of the batch
F. Download Custom QR Codes
Once the batch status changes to Completed, download QR Codes from the My Batches section
