Generally, refunds are not issued for batches that have been successfully processed. This policy is in place because a free sample of the batch (1 QR Code or 1 label sheet) is provided to ensure the output meets your requirements before proceeding. However, there could be some exceptional cases
A. Refund Eligibility
We may approve a full refund if you encounter any of the following issues:
- Case 1: The batch took an unreasonably long time to process, and the Customer relations team wasn't able to assist within 24 hours, disrupting your timelines
- Case 2: The batch processed successfully, but the generated QR Codes were not scanning, even though the sample QR Code worked correctly
- Case 3: The labels batch processed successfully, but there was an error in the layout, and the Customer Relations team wasn't able to assist within 24 hours, disrupting your timelines
B. Unused Credits
In case you have unused credits in your account, and you are sure that you are never going to utilize them, then you can reach out to our support team for getting refund on a pro-rata basis
C. Requesting a Refund

- Processing Time: Once a refund request is approved, it may take up to 7-10 business days for the refund to reflect in the original mode of payment
