Use this guide to know how you can get a refund of a payment made via QR Batch.
In general, no refund will be made for batches that were successfully processed. This is because you're provided with a free sample of the batch (1 QR Code or 1 label sheet) to allow you to test if the output will be as per your requirements.
However, in case you face one of the two issues below, we may approve a full refund:
- Case 1: The batch took unreasonably long time to process and the customer relations team was unable to assist within 24 hours, causing disruption in your timelines
- Case 2: The batch processed successfully but generated QR Codes were not scanning, despite the sample QR Code working correctly
- Case 3: The labels batch processed successfully but there was error in the layout and the customer relations team was unable to assist within 24 hours, causing disruption in your timelines
