If you are unable to process your QR Code batch, here are the possible cases:
Case 1: Uploading CSV/Excel but not able to proceed
If this is the case, then it is possible that the CSV/Excel uploaded by you is not as per the correct format required by the tool. Please ensure that the CSV/Excel is correctly populated as per the sample templates given below:

Sample CSV Template for Vcard QR Code
Case 2: Did everything and made payment but unable to download batch or batch not processed
If this is the case, then it is possible that there was an issue with our servers or there could have been a network failure, because of which, the batch could not be processed. Please reach out to our support team at eric.vu@scanova.io, and we will share the QR Code batch via email. Please be assured that your payment is secure and in case we are unable to process your batch (for technical reasons), we will issue a 100% refund.
